The Cook Street Village Activity Centre is a non-profit organization offering social, educational and recreational activities for persons of all ethnic and cultural backgrounds. Membership is open to anyone 50+ years, as we cater primarily to those of “mature adult” status.

Pacific Centre Family Services

Description: Pacific Centre Family Services Association is dedicated to maintaining outstanding services for the people we work with through education, counselling and creative programming. We have locations in Colwood, Langford and Sooke, and feature the following programs:

PCFSA's affordable counselling program is there to help anyone in our community with confidential counselling support. We are able to offer flexible hours including evenings and counselling for individuals and couples.

Better at Home is a new program designed to keep seniors independent at home. Better at Home is a community based model - the staff, services and volunteers are all from our local community. All seniors living in Langford, Colwood and Metchosin can request a Better at Home service.
