The Cook Street Village Activity Centre is a non-profit organization offering social, educational and recreational activities for persons of all ethnic and cultural backgrounds. Membership is open to anyone 50+ years, as we cater primarily to those of “mature adult” status.

Description: Health Point Care Centre offers primary health care services to people 55 years of age and over who do not currently have a family doctor.

Additional Information: If you are 55 years of age and over and do not have a family doctor, or if your doctor is retiring, we might be the primary health care centre for you.

It is also important to note that the geographic boundaries for Health Point Care Centre are within the Greater Victoria area. This means that new patients to our practice must live within Greater Victoria.
