Blood Pressure Clinic

Program Type: Activity

Description: Get your blood pressure checked by a former Registered nurse. Prior to your reading, you should avoid coffee and cigarettes 30 minutes. Before the test, sit for five minutes with your back supported and your feet flat on the ground. Rest your arm on a table at the level of your heart.

Wear short sleeves so your arm can be easily exposed. Finally, go to the bathroom before it’s your turn. This is a free walk-in service. First come, first served.
